We typically deliver your initial savings report within 48 hours of receiving your first invoice. For complex multi-carrier accounts, it may take 3-5 business days. For ongoing clients, auditing is continuous and automatic.

No. We optimize the relationships you already have. Our goal is to make sure you're getting the deepest discounts available across every service level, surcharge, and accessorial in your carrier agreements. We may recommend adding a carrier if it makes sense for your profile, but that's always your decision.
Just your carrier invoices. Any format works. CSV, PDF, Excel. We handle all the parsing, normalization, and analysis. No IT integration required, no software to install. If you can export or download your invoices from your carrier's portal, that's all we need.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our platform uses enterprise-grade security including encryption and strict access controls. We treat your shipping data as confidential business information and never share it with third parties.
We earn a percentage of the verified savings we deliver. Savings are calculated by comparing what you were paying before to what you pay after our optimization. You see every calculation in our transparent reporting. If savings decrease or disappear, so does our fee. Our incentives are perfectly aligned with yours. The more we save you, the more we earn.
Yes. We can find savings on international base rates and surcharges.
For our rate optimization service, we typically work with businesses that have an established shipping volume. For smaller shippers, our rate sharing program gives you access to enterprise-level rates by pooling volume with other brands, no minimum spend required.
FedEx Express services come with a money-back guarantee: if a package is delivered late, you're entitled to a full refund of shipping charges. Most businesses don't have the time or systems to track every late delivery and file claims.
